I had already bought a whole bunch of candy to stock the baskets. We have leaned since then that for some reason Izzy does really, really well on holidays. I think because my hubby and I are paying so much attention that we are extra cautious. But, we always try to let her be a kid and do what kids do. It usually works best for all of us.Lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16834424355110237675noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2584446850056309166.post-14290871829284179132008-07-05T20:52:00.000-05:002008-07-05T20:52:00.000-05:00J.J. is a lucky young guy to have two parents who ...J.J. is a lucky young guy to have two parents who care so much and take care of him. Sounds like you had a great 4th!meanderingshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03217152983030885746noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2584446850056309166.post-90394048752025813562008-07-05T16:44:00.000-05:002008-07-05T16:44:00.000-05:00It's so hard, because you want to do so well. And ...It's so hard, because you want to do so well. And that's a good thing. But I will tell you, after years of being a diabetic, when you are a kid you sometimes just have to be a kid. Better to let it run in the 200's than to crash all the time. As he gets older, it will get easier. :) You are doing a wonderful job. Your son is lucky to have you and your husband to take care of him. God knows what He's doing when things like this happen.Carahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09108867545803896885noreply@blogger.com
